commission terms of service

💾 Clients are encouraged to reach out to me on Twitter or via email with questions, concerns, or requests for alterations.
💾 I will not accept commissions from those under 18.
💾 Commission turnaround is often difficult to predict, but loose or simple sketches are usually within days, more involved drawings or paintings can take a week or so, and references can span multiple weeks. Delays will be communicated to clients ASAP.
💾 I retain the right to post any commissioned art on my own accounts or as examples for advertising commissions. However, if you would prefer I not use your commission for these purposes, let me know.
💾 Clients have the right to use and reupload their commissions with credit.
💾 I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.COMMISSION TYPES
💾 All commission types are asked to provide references unless you are getting a character designed by me. References do not have to be a proper reference sheet - any artwork of your character will do. Feel free to add descriptions or photos for additional reference, if needed.
💾 Sketch pieces are started immediately upon payment. Most are finished quickly, so there is not usually a WIP for those under ~$35 unless clients request them or if I am unsure with the direction and want client feedback before continuing.
💾 Paintings and other pieces costing $40+ will always receive a WIP at the sketch stage before lining and/or coloring. Reference sheet and design commissions receive regular WIP updates due to the longer process and multiple artworks.
💾 Free alterations can be made to all commissions at the WIP stage, as long as it does not require discarding any lined and/or colored work (which may incur a small fee). Small edits can also be made to any completed work.PAYMENT
💾 Done upfront via PayPal. You will not be asked to pay until I'm about to begin work on your commission.
💾 Commission costs may be altered based on complexity, detail, or difficulty.
💾 Payment will be refunded 100% for sketched WIPs and 50% for WIPs in the process of being lined and/or colored. Sketches done without WIPs that I cannot fix, such as traditional pieces, will be refunded a maximum of 50%. I do not do refunds for completed pieces that received WIPs.By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all of the above!!
